>Description:
If you built a kernel with a standard conf and activate the kernelmodule dtraceall the kernel will panic on next reboot. This is not what is expected because UPDATING states that all the kernconf needed for DTrace is taken care of automatically.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Build standard kernel and install.
	Enter 'dtraceall_load="YES"' in /boot/loader.conf
	reboot
>Fix:
	Activate DTRACE options in kernconf.

State-Changed-Why:
I cannot reproduce this on CURRENT, stable/9 or stable/8. The problem
has most likely been fixed since this PR was filed.
