Description:

/etc/make.conf has too many entries. The Users will not read the file
if it is too long.

There are some entries which will be used only by a single
application, e.g. top(1) and cvsup(1).

At least remove the lines for sup and top.

With all due respect, a user who will not read a file because it has
to many entries will be better touching as little as possible of
make.conf. In that respect, it is rather well that make.conf is big.
 :-) (I'm serious, though.)

State-Changed-Why:
Yes, we know /etc/make.conf has too many entries. Unfortunately, this
is one of those few, rare cases where what's needed is not a PR saying
this is what needs to be done, but someone who's willing to standup
and do what they think needs to be done, all hell be damned.
