When cvsup is retreiving delta for changed files it displays
the cvs id of the patches being applied.  It sure would be cool
if cvsup would also display the log message associated with the
patch.  That would make viewing what gone changed and why a lot
easier.

Thanks, it's a good idea.  I've added it to the to-do list for CVSup. 
I am closing this PR because CVSup is 3rd party software and is not 
an actual part of FreeBSD.
