Any release after I think 2.2.2R. Definitely not available in
2.2.5R or 2.2.6R

>Description:
pkg_manage provided a "dialog" based front-end to the pkg_ utilities.
This very helpful functionality was removed a few releases ago. As
a result one who does not maintain a local mirror of /packages or
who lacks connectivity must use the more tortuous pkg_info | more
procedure to find installed packages, and pkg_delete to dump them, etc.

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
If possible, please revert to including pkg_manage in the base
distribution
