 1. What release are you talking about?  That would help muchly.
 
 2. If it's 2.2.5 then that's sure news to me as I've made dozens of
    floppies from that image.  How are you attempting to make it and
    how are you xfering the image in question?

I never saw a reply to Jordan's questions, so we'll chalk 
this up to pilot error.  This is usually caused one's browser 
is downloading the file in text mode and not binary (image) 
mode.
