(that's not the machine experiencing the problem)
>Description:
Machine has two disks, ad0 (existing 5.0 system) and da0 (scratch
disk). Selecting da0 as the target for 'partition' and then
following that by the sequence 'label/distribution/commit'
        results in a wiped ad0.
>How-To-Repeat:
see above. I've tried this 2 times, the second very carefully,
and got the same undesired result. (By intention, neither
disk was a production disk). I'm hoping this is still, somehow,
pilot error, but I'm skeptical at this point.
>Fix:
	unknown.

I've tried to replicate this bug on 7.3 and sysinstall correctly formats and
installs onto ad1, leaving an existing installation on ad0 intact. Did you
ever see this bug again on newer versions of FreeBSD?
