You don't need to send a "new" problem report.  You can just reply to 
the original PR, and add the information you want at the audit trail 
of the problem report.  Just post your reply to bug-followup@freebsd.org 
with a subject like this: 

Subject: Re: bin/46088: more information on inetd(8) crashes 

When the subject of a post mailed to bug-followup starts with "Re:" 
and is immediatelly followed by the number of a PR and a colon (the 
"bin/46088: " part above) it is added as a followup at the end of 
existing problem reports.
