>Description:
While trying to install FereBSD 2.1.5 for the first time after copying
the Walnut Creek CDROM /dists dirs to a DOS /freebsd directory and then
running install.bat, I pass all the pre-installation dialogs and a few
seconds after actual installation begins, it aborts. Pressing ALT-F2
shows me one of the following messages:

gunzip: stdin: Invalid compressed data -- format violated
/stand/cpio: Premature end of file

or:

/stand/cpio: Invalid header - checksum error

>How-To-Repeat:
Retrying to install always yields the same problem here.
>Fix:
No idea.
