Given the significant problems with making pthread_atfork() work with
libc_r, I am not very motivated to come up with a complete fix,
especially since doing so would just delay the new threads library,
which will (when complete) support pthread_atfork() correctly. Unless
you want to come up with a solution for pthread_atfork() in libc_r,
I would like to close this PR.
