 I think that you mean Open Soure Sendmail 8.9.3
 
 Version 8.9.3.1 does not exits (as Open Source version).

 Well, looks like there is bug on
 
 FEATURE(local_lmtp)
 
 IE. 
 
 It does not specify line length limit as smtp mailers do.
