>Description:
1. tools\fbsdboot.exe onm the 3.1 CD is broken.
It reports "Invalid Format" when called
   fbsdboot.exe -D \kernel
2. install.bat on 3.1 cd is broken. It assumes
fbsdboot.exe in its path or in the current (root)
directory of the cd. This is not the case.
3. if all that is not a bug but a feature, someone
should remove install.bat and update install.txt
   accordingly.
>How-To-Repeat:
Boot DOS with cdrom stuff, without himem.sys.
Insert 3.1 CDROM 1. Change to cdrom drive.
D:>install
no such command or filename (or whatever the error message is in English language DOS)
D:>tools\fbsdboot -D kernel
Invalid Format!
