I can see the menu option, i try with noapci .... but do not want to boot.

 Hi,
 
 Please try to disable the legacy USB Support in BIOS.
 This helped with an Acer Aspire 1522 WLMi (also a VIA chipset) that did
 not like to boot from any amd64 FreeBSD version. Remember to still
 disable the acpi. The latest current snapshot will probably allow the ACPI
 to be enabled.
