FreeBSD 5.2.1 amd64 morgoth@/usr/src/sys/conf/STARLIGHT
>Description:
when I compile in ACPI into kernel, then FDC controller is disabled (confilct?) and can't work. I cannot compile ACPI as a module because modules aren't yet supported on amd64 platform
>How-To-Repeat:
try to compile in acpi, and use floppy
>Fix:
Enable modules? compile acpi as a module? hmm.

State-Changed-Why:
This PR has not enough information.

If you write a PR about a hardware problem, you should at least mention
what kind of hardware you are using.

Additional 5.2.1 is quite outdated, so this problem most likely is fixed.
