Subject: Callback server/full client and LCP support [PATCH]

Hi

I wrote some alpha (as stability, not platform, only i386 tested) code
for ppp-2.3.5 to enhance it by:

  a) Server side support for Microsoft Callback Control Protocol (CBCP)
  b) Full/cleaner client side support for dtto (CBCP)
  c) Server/client support for LCP-negotiated callback as from
     draft-ietf-pppext-callback-ds-02.txt document.

Please write all the complaints directly to me and don't clutter the list,
please. Also note that the code is really not a production quality but
I would like to hear some constructive criticism for it from you (that's
why I post it to the list, or not?).

And last but not least - it can be found on:

Some short info and WWW links to the rest:

Just the patch to ppp-2.3.5:

Whole unfinished callback package:

				Bye, Lace
