sh-utils 1.15

Symptom:

This gives problems when numbers are entered in /usr/src/linux/scripts/Configure.

Hints:

• The old version does not unfortunately work any more with these change and it might also give incompatibilities at another places.
• For this reason, the version 1.12 will be maintained until at least S.u.S.E. Linux 4.4.1.
