apsfilter: new S.u.S.E.-version

The version of apsfilter, that is currently being used under S.u.S.E. Linux is an improved version of the original apsfilter. Thus both the binary package and the source-code package are independant from the original version. The current release S.u.S.E.-1.5 can be found on our FTP server:

the final binary package : ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse_update/special/Ghostscript/aps-1.5.SuSE-0.i386.rpm
the sources : ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse_update/special/Ghostscript/susefilter-1.5.tar.gz
