ncpmount: Computer freezes

Applicable to
S.u.S.E. version: 4.4, 4.4.1
Kernel version: 2.0.25, 2.0.29
ncps version: 2.0.6 (probably irrelevant)
network card: NE2000 (compatible)

Symptom:

slist only shows very seldom the available servers.
ncpmount works very seldom as well.
The computer freezes during the access to the mounted volume.
In /var/log/messages there are messages like:
```
eth0: timeout waiting for Tx RDC.
```
(eth0 is of course to be replaced by the corresponding interface).

Cause:

Probably an error in the kernel 2.0.25. We suppose, but merely, an error in the NE2000 driver.

Solution:

Update to kernel 2.0.29.
