minicom does not lock in /var/lock

The configuration file /etc/minicom.dfl might have been left after an update, in which by mistake /var/spool/uucp is configured as lock directory.

This file is not installed in the 4.2 version.

All locks in the 4.2 version are filed in /var/lock.

Delete or correct this file.
