GNOME-Panel without Icons

SuSE Linux: Version 6.1

Symptom:

You start the GNOME-Panel, but no icons appear. Additionally you recieve the following message:

All fallbacks failed

gdk_imlib ERROR

GnomeUI-CRITICAL **: file gnome-stock.c: line 1196

(gnome_stock_pixmap_widget_at_size): assertion `im !=NULL' failed

Reason:

Probably you have forgotten to install the package "imlibdev" (in the series "gra"). Because of problem with the package, YaST does not automatically recognize the dependancy of this package.

Solution:

Use YaST to install the package "imlibdev" (Serie "gra"); Please have a look at chapter 3.12 of the manual.
