ISDNLOG fills /tmp with garbage.
Applicable to
S.u.S.E. version:
Kernel version:
XFree86 version:
Symptom:
Root directory turned to overrun, or a big file named isdnctrl0 is
located in the /tmp directory.
Cause:
Isdnlog is called such that all ISDN actions for error-seaking are
protocoled. This is not necessary for the usual operating. This data is
written into the file /tmp/isdnctrl0. One can erase the file
without any consideration.
Solution:
Change in /sbin/init.d/i4l the line
/sbin/isdnlog -D -v7 -l1015 -x4087 -M -n -W80 /dev/isdnctrl0
to
/sbin/isdnlog -D -l1015 -x4087 -M -n -W80 /dev/isdnctrl0
