isdnlog dumps with your kernel

Symptom:

isdnlog tends to dump after having compiled a kernel.

Cause:

The isdn4k utils were not compiled.

These utilities user kernel internal structures and need to be recompiled along with the kernel.

Solution:

Recompile the isdn4k-utils (e.g. from i4l_spm in series zq).
