lowercase v1.0
January 22, 1998

How come:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I made this because sometimes when copying files or directories from a
Windows 95 share, the files remain in uppercase. And I wanted to give
SOMETHING (I hope this is something) back to the Linux community. :) I hope
you find this somewhat useful.

Installation:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just copy the 'lc' shell script to a public place such as /usr/bin or
/usr/local/bin. Then chmod 755 /path/to/program/lc and you should be set.

Notes:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you convert files and directories or just directories to lowercase and
have a uppercase and lowercase directory with the same name, the uppercase
directory will be moved to the lowercase directory.
