Any Linux release specific scripts go in this directory, or
in another likewise named by the release number.

The goal is to keep such scripts to a minimum.

note the symbolic link "Latest" must point to an actual
directory that is the latest release tested against. It
cannot point to a symbolic link!!!!

The current script setPath does not expect any gaps in
release directories, so once started each point release
will need a directory. It would be nice for the setPath
script to look for the most recent set of scripts if
it falls in a gap. For now we "obey" the rule that
there are no gaps.

There needs to be at least one dir, even with no
scripts are present. Latest also must point to
a real directory.

Far from perfect, but good enough for now.
