Warning:
The scripts will be installed under ${prefix}/etc but init will not
find them unless they are in /etc.

The etc directory contains the initscripts I use on my computer, which
is connected to no network other than occasionally the internet by a
modem, so it probably is not the place to start if you're doing
diskless booting or something ;-)

To install,

	# make install-initscripts

will install things in ${prefix}/etc/, including a few scripts that are
specific to my machine (in etc/services/local), which are probably a
bit counterproductive unless you've actually stolen my computer.
