The LICENSE of this package
---------------------------

This package is licensed to you with the QPL 1.0, see the file LICENSE.QPL that
comes with this package.

Although the QPL was written by, and is Copyrighted by Troll Tech AS, the
content of this package has _nothing_ to do with Troll Tech AS.

The initial developer as mentioned in the QPL is the copyright holder of every-
thing else in this package. He did choose to use the QPL, without change
except the Choice of Law, which has been changed from Oslo to Amsterdam.
Troll Tech has agreed by E-mail to still use the name QPL for this license.

For clarity: although the copyright holder (Carlo Wood) has the right to use
any license he wishes, and thus could make any change he wanted to the QPL
before adding it to this package, you do obviously NOT have the right to change
the license of this package.

The copyright holder and initial developer
------------------------------------------

The "initial developer" as mentioned in the QPL is known on the internet under
the pseudonym "Carlo Wood". If it may ever be necessary, then the real person
behind this pseudonym can claim all rights that come with the License and all
rights he has as copyright holder and initial developer by showing that he owns
the PGP private key as mentioned in all files in this package.

Signing a document with this PGP key proves that this document was signed by
the copyright holder and initial developer of this package. For clarity, this
very document is signed in that way.

You can verify the signature with the command: pgpv LICENSE.sig

Clarification of terms used in the QPL
--------------------------------------

Where the QPL says "This license applies to any software containing a notice
placed by the copyright holder saying that it may be distributed under the
terms of the Q Public License version 1.0.", the term `software' covers every
file in this package and not only files that contain source code. The term
`copyright holder' refers to the copyright holder of the software (Carlo Wood),
and not the copyright holder of the License.
