Moved output to bit 2 pin4 D2, so it can directly drive the transmitter.
transmitter power and digital input both on this pin.
Added 'z' option to zero the port pin 4 and set the transmitter off (for init).
Set pin 4 to zero always after any tx.

Added support for output via serial devices using the RTS pin, RTS has +12V available and gives much
more power to the transmitter then the 3.3V of the par port, increasing range and reliability.
Changed command line option processing to a more standard way, now 'z' becomes '-z' etc.
Lots of small changes.
