This section of the program is used to design T or Pi resistive attenuators
which can be used to match one resistance (say 50 ) to another (say 75 )
over a wide band - theoretically infinite, with any loss you require, subject
to a minimum if the resistances are unequal. You can have the two resistances
equal which is then a simple attenuator (say 6dB and 50). If the two
resistances are equal, you can have any attenuation you want. If the two
resistances are unequal, the program can be asked to select the minimum loss
consistant with matching the two resistances.
