TCP/IP MESSAGING LIBRARY FOR DELPHI 3 (RMSGLIB)
LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY

The software product identified above is owned by Radical Computing 
and is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty.
Radical Computing grants you the right to use this software product,
including any accompanying documentation, in the manner provided below.


INTRODUCTION
This agreement explains when and how you may use both shareware and 
registered copies of the software product identified above. 

In this agreement:

* "RMsgLib" means the TCP/IP Messaging Component Library you have 
  purchased or obtained for evaluation, including both the software and 
  the associated documentation and other materials;

* "Shareware Copy" means a copy of the RMsgLib distributed by Radical 
  Computing or by authorized agents of Radical Computing for non 
  commercial use.  The Shareware Copy does not contain the source files
  and is not registered;

* "Registered Copy" means a copy of the RMsgLib purchased from Radical 
  Computing or one of its authorized agents;

* "Source Code Copy" means a Registered Copy of the RMsgLib purchased 
  from Radical Computing or one of its authorized agents with the 
  source code;

* "Site License Copy" means a Source Code Copy of the RMsgLib with the 
  source code purchased from Radical Computing or one of its authorized 
  agents with permission to install the product on as many computers as 
  desired at the location designated in the accompanying Site License 
  Agreement;

* "Commercial Application" means any application that will be 
  distributed to others for any kind of compensation or fee.  This 
  includes shareware and other try before you buy as well as commercial 
  distribution methods.

* "Noncommercial application" means any application that is given to 
  others without any kind of compensation or fee.


LEGAL AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user (either an
individual or a single entity), and Radical Computing to use RMsgLib 
under certain terms and conditions.  If you cannot agree to abide by 
what this agreement says you should not install or use RMsgLib.  By 
installing, copying, or otherwise using the RMsgLib, you agree to be 
bound by the terms of this agreement.


COPYRIGHT
RMsgLib is fully protected by copyright under U.S. law and international 
treaty provisions.


USEAGE
* You assume full responsibility for the selection and use of RMsgLib 
  to achieve your intended results.

* You may use the Shareware Copy of RMsgLib on as many computers as you 
  like to develop noncommercial applications.

* If you have the Registered Copy, you agree not to distribute the 
  Registered Copy or any of its component parts.
  
* If you have the Source Code Copy, you agree not to distribute the 
  Source Code Copy or any of its component parts.  You also agree to not 
  recompile the source code for RMsgLib and redistribute it in compiled 
  or source code form under the pretense that it is your product or that 
  you are the author.


MAKING AND DISTRIBUTING SHAREWARE COPIES OF RMSGLIB  
You may make copies of your Shareware Copy of the RMsgLib to give to 
others, as long as you include all of the files that you originally 
received with your Shareware Copy.  When you give a Shareware Copy of 
RMsgLib to another person, you agree to inform them that their copy is 
to be used in accordance with this license agreement.  You agree not to 
sell Shareware Copies of RMsgLib or distribute them to others for any 
kind of compensation or fee.


INSTALLING AND COPYING REGISTERED COPIES OF RMSGLIB
* You may make one copy of the Registered Copy solely for backup or
  archival purposes or transfer the Registered Copy to a single
  hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or
  archival purposes.

* Registered Copy that is not a Site License Copy: You may install 
  the Registered Copy on a single computer system to be used by only 
  a single user at any given point in time.  Under no circumstances 
  can RMsgLib be installed and used on another computer system unless 
  all prior installations have been completely removed.

* Site License Copy: You may install and use the Registered Copy on 
  as many computer systems as you like as long as those computers are 
  within the location defined by the Site License Agreement.


LIMITED WARRANTY
The following limited warranty applies to Registered Copies of RMsgLib.
It is included here so you understand what your warranty will be when 
you purchase a Registered Copy.  This warranty does NOT apply to 
Shareware Copies of RMsgLib.

* Bugs and Program Errors.  Radical Computing does not guarantee that
  RMsgLib will be free of bugs or program errors.  If you report a 
  program error or bug to Radical Computing, Radical Computing will
  attempt to correct it.  In case of bug fixes, Radical Computing will
  issue a maintenance release of RMsgLib to correct the bugs.  Owners 
  of Registered Copies of RMsgLib will receive a copy of the maintenance
  release by email free of charge.  This will only be done for 
  maintenance releases, not for new major releases or other new versions 
  of RMsgLib.  If you receive a maintenance release or upgrade for
  your copy of RMsgLib, it constitutes a single product with your
  copy of RMsgLib.  You may use or transfer the upgrade version of 
  RMsgLib only in accordance with this license agreement.

* Disclaimers.
  Disclaimer for Shareware Copies:  You are not paying for the use 
  license for your Shareware Copy of dWinsock.  Accordingly, the 
  Shareware Copy is provided "AS-IS" and without warranty of any kind. 

  Disclaimer for Registered Copies:  To the maximum extent permitted
  by applicable law, Radical Computing disclaims all other warranties,
  either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied
  warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
  and non-infringement, with regard to the software and the
  accompanying documentation.  This limited warranty gives you specific
  legal rights.  You may have others, which vary from state/jurisdiction
  to state/jurisdiction.
  
* Limitation of Liability.  To the maximum extent permitted by 
  applicable law, in no event shall Radical Computing be liable for any
  damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss 
  of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of
  or inability to use RMsgLib, even if Radical Computing has been
  advised of the possibility of such damages.  Because some states/
  jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability
  for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may
  not apply to you.


DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
* Limitations on Reverse-Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. 
  If your copy of RMsgLib is not the Source Code Copy or the Site
  License Copy, then you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or 
  disassemble the your copy of RMsgLib, except and only to the extent 
  that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law 
  notwithstanding this limitation.

* Rental. You may not rent or lease the RMsgLib. 

* Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights 
  under this license agreement, provided you retain no copies, you 
  transfer all of the software product (including all component parts, 
  the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this license agreement,
  and, if applicable, the Site License Agreement), and the recipient 
  agrees to the terms of this license agreement. If the software
  product is an upgrade, any transfer must include all prior versions of 
  the software product.

* Termination.  Without prejudice to any other rights, Radical
  Computing may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply 
  with its terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all 
  copies of the software product and all of its component parts. 


GENERAL PROVISIONS
This statement may only be modified in writing by you and an
authorized officer of Radical Computing.  If any provision of this
statement is found void or unenforceable, the remainder will remain
valid and enforceable according to its terms.  If any remedy provided
is determined to have failed for its essential purpose, all limitations
of liability and exclusions of damages set forth in the Limited Warranty
shall remain in effect.

Radical Computing reserves all rights not specifically granted in
this statement.
