Discription
===========

The aim of this little utility is to aid Windows 95 / NT programmers in their application development. It allows the user to quickly determine what error has occured when all s/he has is an error code.


About the Author
================

Martin Gill is a person who seems quite capable of writing in the third person. He started programming in Basic on a computer so old he can't even remember the name. In the last year he has been writing in Delphi and hopes to complete a Degree in Software Engineering sometime in the near future.


Distribution
============

This program is Freeware. You may distribute it to whom every you want on the condition that this program and source code is not tampered with in any way and that this readme.txt file is included with the program file.

*  Should this program be made available on a web site I ask that the URL of the site be sent to my e-mail address.

*  Should this program be included on a CD collection or cover disk, I ask that I be informed about the title and issue of the CD / Magazine.
