Thanks for evaluating this product!

---------------------------------
Installation
---------------------------------

Unzip the IB_Objects.ZIP in your chosen directory for the components.
In the same directory unzip the corresponding file for D2 or D3.

In Delphi 2.0, install IB_Registration.PAS and IB_Editors.PAS.

In Delphi 3, open IB_Objects.DPK and do a build and install.
Be sure to include the path in each project's Search Directory to avoid file not found errors at compile time.
This is found in the Options for the project on the Directories tab.

---------------------------------
Samples
---------------------------------

For further information and instructions please refer to the ReadMe.txt files in the IB_WISQL, CONTACT and MDIApp sample applications.

It is recommended that these get unzipped into their own seperate directories.

---------------------------------
Bug fixes from previous release
---------------------------------

There was a bug in the TIB_Events component that caused an access violation when unregistering from a remote server.
Local InterBase was fine.

The scaled numeric columns over 9 digits were not being stored in a way that was compatible with other drivers. It was shifting the internally stored floating point value and it should only internally shift the integer based scaled numeric columns.

No other bugs were reported and I found the second one. I hope everyone is reporting bugs they see because I don't think I'm this good of a programmer!

---------------------------------
Upcomming enhancements
---------------------------------

Look for the Delphi 3 TIBDataSet class to descend from the virtual TDataSet class. Work is progressing well here.

Look for an import and export component to move data between IB tables ( even across connections ), ASCII files, DBF files, etc.
