Special notes: the PayPal IPN (cool down, all it means is Instant Payment Notification) will automatically activate new accounts if Activate is set to Auto.  However, if a new member has successfully paid you via PayPal but fails to click the Continue button on the PayPal website the account may not get activated.  In this instance you would need to activate the account manually here: ACTIVATE a new member
