Some commonly asked questions...

1. Can WorldClock automatically compensate for daylight-saving time (DST)?

No. we would like to be able to provide that functionality, and am working
on it, but getting hold of a complete and accurate set of data is very
difficult. If you have a good source, please let us know.

2. When will the full version become available?

The full version of WorldClock is available now.

3. How do I get hold of the full version of WorldClock?

To get hold of the full version of WorldClock, you need to register, after
which Tintagel Software will send you the latest version by email (or snail
mail if you prefer). There are many ways to register WorldClock -- on the
web, via email, fax, snail mail or over the phone. For complete details of
how to register, check here.

4. Is country xxx or city yyy supported?

Currenlty, WorldClock has information for 313 countries and 236 cities.
WorldClock also supports installable databases, and more specialised
databases will be provided in the future. For complete details of the
countries supported, check here.

5. Does WorldClock work with fractional time-zones?

Yes, WorldClock now support fractional time zones (e.g. India at GMT+4.5).
These locations are included in the latest databases.

6. Can location xxx be added?

If you have a suggestion of a location to be added, please email Tintagel
Software at tintagel@kagi.com. If the suggestion is reasonable (i.e. will
be useful to a fairly wide audience) then we will try an include it in the
next release, and probably create a custom database for you.
