-----------
Description
-----------
QuickNote is a quick and simple way to store and retrieve small
bits of information. The list of notes and the entry field to
write them in are on the same screen, no need to go to a dialog, or
seperate screen, to enter, view, or delete a note. At present the
size of a note is limited to 100 characters to keep it quick and
simple, if you need more to enter more information there is an
option to add your note to the Memo Pad database. QuickNote is for
times when a Memo is just too much.

------------
Instructions
------------
QuickNote was designed to make it it easy to jot down a quick note.
It is also easy to view the note, or delete it.

  The QuickNote Screen:
The QuickNote screen is divided into two sections. The upper
part of the screen is a list of all of the records in the
QuickNote database. If the list is longer than one screen use
the scrollbar at the right to move to additional items. At the
bottom of the screen is an entry field and several buttons for
    adding, editing, and deleting notes.

  Adding a QuickNote:
When you launch QuickNote the focus is already in the entry
field, just start entering data, no need to create a new record.
When your note is done, tap the add button to add it to the
database and it will appear in the list above, Quick and Simple.
If you decide not to save the note tap the Clear button at the
bottom of the screen to clear the entry field.

  Viewing a QuickNote:
To view the entire contents of a note you can edit the note or
you can select the disired note from the list above and then tap
on it's name a second time. This is not a double tap, but a tap
on a selected item. A small window will appear where the
contents of the note will be displayed. Tap anywhere on the
window to clear it from the screen.

  Editing a QuickNote:
To edit a note select it from the list and tap the Edit button at
the bottom of the screen. Make your changes and then tap the
save button. Want to cancel your changes or clear the entry
field, tap on the Clear button at the bottom of the screen.

  Deleting a QuickNote:
To delete a note select it from the list and tap the Delete
button at the bottom of the screen. You are prompted to confirm
the deletion. No need to go to a separate dialog and tap
multiple buttons just to delete a small, temporary note.

  Finding a QuickNote:
System find has been implemented in QuickNote. To search for
text in a note tap the find button in the silk screened area of
the Pilot screen, enter the word you want to search for and the
QuickNote database will be searched along with all of your built
    in application databases.

  Sorting your QuickNotes:
If you are like me and find things quicker in an alphabetized
list you can sort the QuickNotes by selecting Sort from the Edit
    menu.

  Creating a Memo:
If your note is getting to long, or you would like to store it
with other notes in the Memo Pad database select Make it a Memo
from the Edit menu. A record will be added to the Memo Pad
database containing the text of your QuickNote. The category of
the new memo will be Unfiled. The record is not removed from the
QuickNote database. To delete it make sure it is still selected
in the list and tap the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.
