Patch for Vim version 4.6.

The file "vim-4.6.patch" contains two fixes:

- Fixed: ":gui" command didn't restore xterm screen.
- Fixed: "vim +/^$ filename" didn't work when 'ws' is not set.

Since these are only small changes, and only few people will run into these
problems, a new version wasn't created.
