    Netlib is now available via the World Wide Web.
 
    If you have a WWW browser such as Mosaic or Lynx use
    http://www.netlib.org/ to access most of the Netlib
    features available via XNetlib now.

    Some of the Xnetlib features, such as the conferences
    and performance databases are now offered exclusively
    on the World Wide Web.  Their new urls are:

      http://www.netlib.org/confdb/Conferences.html
           and
      http://performance.netlib.org/performance/html/PDStop.html,

    respectively.
