Eric,

I have no objections to you adding my MP package to netlib.
Please include the Users guide, example and test programs as well as
the source code if you do send it out.

Since MP was published in TOMS, it may be that ACM has some sort of copyright
over it.  However, I doubt if that would be a problem.

There have not been many changes since 1981.  I shall send you a list
of any important ones.
