Hi,

This is a preliminary and not really well tested patch to make FAS 2.12.0
support the BSD/SunOS/Linux ioctl()s for reading and setting the serial
control and status lines. The ioctl()s in question are TIOCMSET, TIOCMGET, 
TIOCMBIC, TIOCMBIS.

Due to lack of O/S support, programs need to include <sys/fas.h> if they
want to use these features, and will miserably fail if they try to access
a non-FAS-controller serial port with them. (Exception: Digiboards, they
have this stuff as well, in <sys/digi.h>, identical definitions).

Patching is straightforward - install FAS as usual, make sure that it
works, go to the FAS source directory, run this through "patch -p1",
recompile with "make", "make install", and build a new kernel.
