**** Added all of eggdrop 1.0f's online help
**** Added info on some isp's that allow eggy's

The help file contains all the information that comes eggdrop zipped file
including the readme file, the eggdrop.doc, the faq, the compiling-faq,
the tcl-commands.doc, but i just put all them together in a easy format
for winblows users and added hypertext links to esspreso's archive by
basically copying his index.html. the fact is i was bored.  I have given
this help file to several people who have all loved it.... so i upped it
if you like it.. well then thats cool... if you dont like it.. well i
really dont care...
