This package consists of a series of Perl commands to aide the maintenance and upkeep of html documents and URLs. Currently, there are utilities to copy URLs from HTML files, standardize the formatting of URLs in HTML files, mirror sites linked in HTML documents (using "webget") and mirroring files via HTTP over the web... Coming soon: a PERL bookmark management utility that runs through a cgi interface and results in web-accessable bookmark files...
