Hello,

After about 2 months of idling the new version of WebPH.pl is out.  As
some of you may already know WebPH.pl is the World Wide Web ph client used
for CSO/ph NameServers.
The latest version (5.2) doesn't bring you many new options and features,
but it surely contains a bunch of bug fixes, etc. so some things that
previously didn't work well will now work properly, which is almost
equivalent to new features :)

To cut this short,
