9.3/packages/joined - sets of packages (base, updates, testing, contrib) with all language releases; all sources are here

9.3/<LANG>/apt - apt repository. Includes: base updates testing contrib

9.3/<LANG>/packages - set of yum repositories; e.g.:
   9.3/PL/packages/base/RPMS - yum repository of packages included in original 9.3 PL release
   9.3/PL/packages/updates/RPMS - yum repository of updates for 9.3 PL release
   9.3/PL/packages/testing/RPMS - yum repository of packages build for 9.3 PL release - both new software and candidates for including in updates

The packages are split per language; per language trees serve as both yum repositories,
apt repositories and will be used as network installation trees (please use local mirror to install!)
