ReiserFS data logging/ordered patches and small transaction speedups.  Apply
in the order listed below.

To use the data logging mode, mount -o data=journal  
To use the data ordered mode, mount -o data=ordered
To use the data writeback mode, mount -o data=writeback

The default is now data=ordered

I've integrated with Andrew Morton's b_journal_head patch, so these should
apply to the -ac kernels now.
