	  examples, which are never installed
	* BUILD: added --disable-static and --enable-lib-only, dropped the
	  bundled quictls build
	* SUB_DEPENDS, PRE_SUB_DEPENDS, REPAIR^none^PRE_SUB_DEPENDS: WITHSSL now
	  forces the system SSL provider
	* INSTALL, PREPARE, PRE_BUILD: removed, no longer needed
