In this archive is the v4.04 of the maker util for the PC, which works
fine..
Also is a v4.06 of the patch writer for the PC. for some reason in the
alterations to check for the EOF at the end, i made a mistake in the code.
It has now been fixed and the baseline terminator triner works fine with
this version. I apologise for any trouble caused, hopefully this should 
be the FINAL release of this, as i have also checked for other bugs and
have not found any..
