You can use ApplyEXE to patch your playstation exe file 
into an cdrwin cd-image file.

ApplyEXE does not generate EDC/ECC codes,therefor
i dont think its a good idea to burn back the cd-image
in RAW mode.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Just open a dos prompt and type

ApplyEXE <PSX-EXE> <CDIMAGE> <SECTOR>

PSX-EXE is the playstation exe file.
CDIMAGE is the cdrwin cd image file.
SECTOR is the sector on the cd where your intro/data will be placed.

Example:
ApplyEXE Intro.exe Tekken3.bin 2974

Thats it.
