Hello everybody.

Test.exe is a small programm so that you can see, if one of the 
Programms you have running is eating up some CPU-Time from time
to time.
Start it and you'll see a white line moving slowly. If it flickers,
I mean it disappears for a frame, then one of your programms like
Memsnoop, the Systemmonitor or PaintShop Pro is eating up time.

Try to find out which Programm it is and switch it off, then will
the Vertical Blanc Interrupt (AYS_VBI.ZIP) work.
By the way. Please mail me the name of the Programm which made 
problems. I'll make a list of this programms.
