Ok, here is a quick program I did.  It takes a regular .RIP file, and will 
convert it to an executable file.  It is pretty self explanatory.  This program 
was done quickly, so no " user friendly " commands have been added yet.  If you 
want me to, I can add them (ie select the rip file with cursors etc).  For 
help, run the RIP2EXE -HELP.
