Title:          Patch for icmp support in kernel masquerading

Description:    This is a patch that add full icmp support in kernel
                masquerading. It is for kernel 2.0 , but should work for
                any kernel 2.x.x. I have tested it on 2.0.0,2.0.12 and 2.1.1
		kernels, and It work fine. Whith this patch you may use ping
		command on machines within firewall.
		I expect, that this will be added to kernel at any 2.1.x
