Example for using Endace API and tools with dagclock

dagclock is a tool which reads and configures the DAG Universal Clock Kit (DUCK).
It is similar to the existing dagclock but has been implemented using Configuration and Status API
without making any direct call to the Device Driver Layer.

To compile the tool:
	make dagclock

For details on how to run the dagclock tool:
	./dagclock --help 
this prints out the supported options.
