Had a tough time with some feelings, I'm adjusting to my medication again because a late refill made me miss more than 48 hours of it and the adjustment can take up to 2 weeks. Talked to my partner on the phone today and calmed down a lot emotionally. Then they gave me advice about the first date I'm going on later this week. I'm nervous and excited and I'm relieved they showed up for me today when I needed them. It does a lot to silence the anxiety lies in my brain.
